The Clear Fork Bluegrass Quartet Performs At 4:45pm We are so thrilled to bring you this talented group. These veteran musicians blend classic Bluegrass music, traditional country songs and American fiddle tunes. They make the music they love enjoyable to first time listeners and lifelong fans. Don t miss this special treat! At 5:30pm - we ll enjoy a delicious meal of oven fried chicken, Betty salad, scalloped potatoes and dinner rolls. To top off the evening - we ll have strawberries over pound cake for dessert. After dinner, Dawn has some lovely door prizes for a few lucky winners. We ask a $5.00 suggested donation per person for the meal, entertainment and door prizes. Transportation is available. Pre-sale tickets are available beginning Wednesday, March 1st. Toe Nail Clinic Wednesday, March 1st at Defiance County Senior Services The sessions are from 9:00am to 11:00am and from 12:30pm until completed. There is a $10.00 charge for the toe nail clinic. Free Tax Assistance AARP representatives will be preparing taxes FREE OF CHARGE at Defiance County Senior Services - 140 East Broadway in Defiance now through April 15th. Most individual Federal, State and School District tax returns can be prepared and E-filed. There is no charge, no age limit and an AARP membership is not required. There will be 30+ vendors on hand to enlighten and educate today s seniors. Commodities Supplemental Food Program Food for Seniors - Touching Lives, Filling Needs.. The C.S.F.P. Program provides eligible seniors, age 60 and older, a monthly package of approximately 50 pounds of nutrient-rich food. Join us at Defiance County Senior Services for your walking enjoyment and exercise. Track your hours with Dawn - After 10 hours of walking, you ll receive a FREE pedometer and after 20 hours a FREE water bottle. The cards to track your progress are on the desk in the exercise room. Once you finish walking, just log your time and return the card back to Dawn. You can walk at your convenience - Monday through Friday, from 7am until 3pm. Call Dawn with questions - 419-782-3233.
