Thread pieces on each skewer, sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Roast on parchment-lined baking sheet at 400 for 8 minutes (shrimp) or 20 minutes (cauliflower). Combine with bacon, scallions, cream cheese, gorgonzola and bread crumbs. Stuff into mushroom caps, place in greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. MAPLE ROSEMARY ROASTED NUTS 2 cups mixed nuts 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt Toss nuts with syrup, rosemary and salt. Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast at 375 for 20 minutes, stirring once.
