Heat oven to 375 F. Spray 13 x 9-inch (3- quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and water until soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by spoon-fulls evenly in bottom of baking dish (dough will not completely cover bottom of dish). 2. Drizzle about 1 cup pizza sauce over dough. Arrange 1/2 of the pepperoni slices evenly over sauce. Top with 1 cup of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese. 3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares to serve. Add your favorite pizza toppings to the layers. Try cooked sausage crumbles, chopped green bell pepper, onion or olives. To make half a recipe, divide ingredients in half; bake in sprayed 8-inch square glass baking dish for 22 to 25 minutes. 1. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in seasoning packet from noodles. Break block of noodles into bite-size pieces over skillet; stir noodles into butter mixture. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly; stir in sesame seed. Cook about 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly, until noodles are golden brown. 2. Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and pepper in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and noodle mixture; toss. BLUEBERRY COBBLER 1 stick of butter (8 tbsp.)*3/4 cup of flour A pinch of salt 1 1/2 pints of blueberries 1 cup of sugar 2 tsps. of baking powder 3/4 cup of milk 1. Use a 9 x 13 pan. 2. Melt butter in baking dish. 3. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk in a bowl 4. Pour on top of butter but don't mix in. 5. Top with blueberries (or really any fruit you love). 6. Bake at 350 for about 40 mins.

Zucchini contains vitamin C, and it s great for reducing inflammation and the symptoms of asthma. They also encourage a healthy vascular system and may reduce the risk of multiple sclerosis. Rich in magnesium and folate, they are great for bones, muscles, and metabolism. Tomatoes are loaded with antioxidants. They have been shown to reduce oxidative stress and improve bone health of postmenopausal women. They are also amazing for heart health and cancer prevention. Add them raw to salads and sandwiches, or cook them in a variety of sauces and soups. AUGUST IS NATIONAL EYE EXAM MONTH AND CATARACT AWARENESS MONTH If you are between the ages of 40 and 65, have your vision checked every 2-4 years; 65+, every 1-2 years. If you have a family history of eye disease, or if you have diabetes or a chronic illness get your eyes checked more often. Protect your eyes by using these guidelines: When washing your face, use a clean towel and water to wipe the lid area to prevent infection. Don t use other people s eye medication or glasses. NO Smoking!! Be sure to get a healthy amount of rest. Consume Vitamin A and proteins. When watching TV, on the computer or reading, have good lighting, take short breaks to rest the eyes and make sure the print is large and clear. Use UV protected sunglasses.
