Manchego cheese 8 oz. Sweet onion, grilled or raw 8 oz. Bell pepper, red, roasted, cut into wide strips 8 Hamburger buns or kaiser rolls 8 oz. Hellmann s /Best Foods Real Mayonnaise 2 oz. Black olives, cured, chopped 1 Tbsp Capers, drained, chopped 1 tsp Paprika Process 1. Prepare Olive Mayonnaise: In small bowl, combine Hellmann s /Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, olives, capers and paprika; reserve. 2. Grill or broil ground beef patties until desired temperature. When patties are nearly cooked, top each with 1 oz. cheese. Cover or place under salamander until cheese melts. 3. Spread 1 bun evenly with 2 Tbsp Olive Mayonnaise. On bottom of bun, place 1 ground beef patty, 1 slice onion and 1 oz. red pepper. Replace top of bun, repeat to make 8 burgers. Serve immediately. 8

Blue cheese 1 oz. Lettuce 1 slice Onion 1 oz. Hellmann s /Best Foods Mayonnaise 1 tsp Cajun seasoning Process 1. Combine blackening spices together and mix well. 2. Dust beef patty with 1 tsp of blackening spice blend on both sides. 3. Sauté burger to desired doneness. Melt blue cheese on top. 4. Prepare Cajun Mayo Sauce: Combine mayonnaise with Cajun seasoning and mix well. 5. Spread Cajun mayonnaise on top and bottom bun. Serve immediately. 10
