2 Main Meals Porkfection Our product is basically a porchetta sandwich, with a soft bread. Our clients will have the option of adding toppings like antipasto calabrese, coleslaw, mayo, spicy mayo and a hot sauce. The Sausage Club At The Sausage Club, we strive to deliver the freshest, most authentic, high quality Italian sausage sandwiches to our customers at the fairest price. Our ingredients are sourced from Montreal Italians who have been producing high quality goods for decades. We aim to create a friendly and approachable environment in which all will feel comfortable. Our goal is to make our customers a member of the club or family which we have worked so hard to create. Toppings include sliced tomatoes, caramelized onions, shredded lettuce, eggplant, and spicy peppers. Wild Wings Our product is a delicious chicken cutlet that s fried and then baked. The delicious chicken meat can be combined with our complimentary sauces such as BBQ, ketchup, or spicy chili sauce. Big Baller Burgers Big Baller Burgers is dedicated to providing the most delicious burgers at an affordable price. Kutlet Kings We will be selling chicken cutlets brought to us by Cafe Gentile. These cutlets will be sold for $4-$5 each. We will also be adding toppings and different types of sauces.

3 Main Meals Up-Slide Down Our sliders are made with the very meat that is used by the Dilallo Burger restaurant. Along with additional toppings of cheese, capocollo, hot peppers and bacon, these delicious mini burgers come in quantities of 1, 3 or 5. You will flip over the taste of our sliders. Wing Men Our product at Wing Men is bacon wrapped chicken wings. Its pretty much juicy chicken wrapped in some crispy tasty bacon. Its really good and you should buy some because our wings got your back. Mozzarella Fellas Here at the Mozzarella Fellas, we sell bambino pizzas which are personal pizzas for individual consumption. Our pizzas are topped with fresh mozzarella, along with several toppings such as pepperoni and mixed meats. We offer three different pizzas. Our sponsor, TheRail Coal Fire will be cooking our pizzas in a wood burning oven. Our pizzas are not frozen, they will be made on each day of the sales, and, upon arrival at Loyola, the pizzas will be kept warm in a propane oven. Subranos Our company name comes a play on the words sub combined with the hit TV show The Sopranos. Here at The Subranos, we like to express our Italian roots; hence, not only our logo but our kiosk is dressed with the classic green, white and red Italian colours. We are going to be selling steak submarines, and we are allowing the customer to pick and choose how they want to dress it with our provided toppings. These toppings include shredded lettuce, hot pepper, mild eggplant, cheese and our secret Andara Sauce provided to us by a local bakery named Andarra. Holy Smoke! Our company, Holy Smoke!, will be selling delicious smoked meat sandwiches. All orders will have the option of mustard and pickle.

4 Desserts Cake Pop Shop At The Cake Pop Shop, our goal is to provide a quality service and product for our customers. We strive to uphold the highest of standards and to create a product that is not only delicious but aesthetically pleasing as well. It s our hope that every bite of our scrumptious cake pops is a delightful burst of flavor that will leave you with that sweet, chocolatey, sugar-filled goodness that keeps you coming back for more! Cake pops are delicious balls of vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet flavoured cakes mixed with creamy icing dipped in various types of candy melts. They are sold on sticks, so no need to worry about making a mess all over your hands, and are easy to hold, to avoid performing a balancing act with all of your other SSX purchases. Phat Rolls Phat Rolls are deep fried dough filled with a choice of maple filling, Oreo filling, or Nutella. To add to this, the maple and Oreo options are topped with a delicious icing sugar. Also, the Nutella option is rolled in cinnamon sugar. The dough and fillings being used are provided by Beavertails but our product looks like a roll. Maple Mansion We are providing a maple taffy and maple fudge product. We will be making the taffy in the booth, using a trough for ice during the sale so it is fresh for consumers. As for the fudge, there will be three unique flavors. Customers can expect the same taffy that is available at a cabane à sucre Dough Locker Dough Locker will be selling edible cookie dough. We will offer several toppings, including melted Nutella, caramel sauce, crushed Oreo cookies and sprinkles. Our cookie dough is a homemade recipe, and we will be selling the cookie dough for $2.75 for two scoops. The Nutella topping and crushed Oreo cookies will be sold for fifty cents each and the sprinkles and caramel sauce will be sold for twenty-five each. Friday Night Bites Friday Night Bites will be selling balls of dough known to many as puffs.

5 Desserts Doughnut Depot We are going to be selling different types of donuts. All of them will be from our sponsor, the famous Krispy Kreme that we all know and love. We will also have different toppings for our donuts. Beverages Jail Break Shakes Jail Break Shakes want to put a new twist on a classic dessert. Our shakes are comparable to a Blizzard. This allows you to eat them with a spoon, rather than drinking them. The shakes are made by putting ice cream and a topping in a blender with a little bit of milk to give it a smooth taste for everyone to enjoy. It is blended to perfection so it stays at a nice consistency. Shifty Shakes We are planning to sell three main milkshake flavours to keep blenders moving as fast as possible,. These flavours are vanilla, chocolate and Oreo. As for toppings, we are going to have whipped cream, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup and perhaps crushed Kit Kat and Skor.
