1 Preston Woodall House Alcohol menu The Preston Woodall House can provide all your alcohol beverage needs for your next event and include the cost into your catering invoice. As a holder of an North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission permit, the Preston Woodall House we can provide: On-premise Malt Beverage ~ Beer On-premise Fortified Wine ~ Port/Sherry On-premise Unfortified Wine ~ Wine/Champagne Mixed Beverage Private Club ~ Liquor After we work with you to determine the actual types and brands of alcohol for your event, we ll then take care of the rest. Our pricing is based on a per person rate (Adults only years old) for four hours of service. The overtime rate is $5.00 per person for 1+ more hours over the original 4 hours. The actual price and number of hours must be determined prior to the event. All liquor package mixers and bar glasses are included in the price per person. The total cost of the bar includes a bartender charge ($200 per night each) plus, the alcohol price per person and a 21% staffing charge. Please be advised that the Preston Woodall House is a private club and we do ask for identification. The Preston Woodall House reserves the right to not serve drinks to anyone who cannot show us valid identification or is inappropriate in their behavior.
