2 BARTENDERS AND MIXOLOGISTS One Bartender/Mixologist is needed for events up to 75 guests Additional bar staff needed for events with more than 75 guests Additional bar staff needed for events with cash/credit card bars Minimum charge of 5 hours for set up, service and breakdown Bartenders $30 PER HOUR for events serving Beer/Wine/Champagne Mixologists $35 PER HOUR for events serving Spirits Bar-Backs/Cashiers $20 PER HOUR needed for larger events, no-host/cash bars 8% Administration Fee The administration fee offsets labor and administration costs such as dishwashing, packing for your event, shopping for food, clean up, site visits, working with rental companies, etc. The administration fee is not a gratuity and is subject to state (6.25%) and local (.75%) tax laws. 7% Sales Tax Gratuities Are not included and are the discretion of the Hosts. If you would like guidance or further explanation please consult your sales person. 3 CONSUMPTION HOSTED BAR Consumption for a Hosted Bar is estimated prior to the event. Bartender will keep record of all drinks consumed at event. 6 NO-HOST / CASH BAR Individual drink prices are posted at the bar guests are responsible to pay per drink. For a cash bar, we will provide the alcohol. There are minimum sales amount for cash bars, listed below. In the event consumption at a cash bar is less than the required minimum, the contracting party will be charged the difference. Any special beer, wine or liquor brand request can be accommodated, but will be charged separately from the regular menu. 7 BEVERAGES PROVIDED BY CLIENT Client provides all alcohol to be served by a TIPs certified Lavishly Dunn Catering bartender. Client must list the beverages they will be providing a week prior to the event to ensure all the proper glassware is provided and to have our staff aware of any specialty drinks.
