1 University of Alabama 2016 Football Season Beverage Services Welcome Football Fans! B&B Bartending would like to welcome you to the University of Alabama for the Football Season. We are looking forward to another exciting season and the opportunity to provide the very best beverage amenities and services to all of our guests. The contents of this packet outline everything you need to know to prepare for the best gameday experience in all of college football. Alcohol safety and responsible consumption of alcohol is the utmost priority of the Alabama Alcohol Beverage Control Board, which is why the ABC Board has exclusively recommended B&B Bartending to provide safe alcohol environments on gameday. All of our bartenders are trained in alcohol safety and responsible distribution of alcohol. We have your safety and business interests in mind! For every game we purchase an individual liquor liability policy for your event and we name your corporation as additional insured. This protects you, your company, and its employees from any damages if an incident were to occur involving alcohol. We provide a minimum $1,000,000 liability policy and can increase this policy up to $2,000,000. B&B Bartending offers a variety of services as a convenience to you and the guests at your tailgate. Below are just a few of the services we offer: Bartenders & Insurance Provide & Deliver Alcohol Storage of Alcohol from Game to Game Mobile Bar Rentals Additional Coolers Unlimited Ice Supply Bar Tools (Bar Mats, Fruit Dispensers, Napkin & Straw Dispensers, Beer & Wine Openers) Mixers (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Soda, Tonic, OJ, Cranberry, Red Bull Lemons, Limes, etc.) Wristbands to determine drinking age. 2 Tailgate Coordination Team This season, our Tailgate Coordinator will be Aaron Norris. Aaron will be available to serve as a direct contact for all of your beverage needs. The Tailgate Administrator will be responsible for: Communication to tailgate owners, co - owners, and guests in regards to any beverage issues Proper and timely placements of orders, with any and all necessary information Timely payments of all invoices How to Order All orders should be submitted directly to our Tailgate Coordination Team. We have several easy options from which to choose: (334) booking@bnbbartending.com Website: Advance Ordering In order to guarantee premium beverage service standards for all of our guests, all orders and/or special requests must be submitted by 5:00 PM on the specified Order Deadline day before each game to guarantee delivery of service. Any orders received past these deadlines may be subject to a late processing fee.
