2 WELCOME TO RENTSCHLER FIELD Spectra Food Services & Hospitality welcomes you to Rentschler Field! As the exclusive provider of food and beverage for Rentschler Field, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and service. We eagerly await the opportunity to create a unique and memorable Tailgate experience for you. We take care of every detail from the tent, tables, chairs and linen to the food and beverage. 3 Guidelines for Food Service Catering All Menu items are available when booking at least one week in advance. The final confirmation on guest counts is due 5 business days prior to the event. Prices do not include Taxes, *Management Charge or rentals. All orders for food and tent rentals must be submitted a minimum of 10 Days prior to the game. Spectra Food Services reserves the right to cease alcohol service in catered tents for any reason, at any time. Food and beverage cannot be taken out of the tent at any time. BILLING Payment options are; credit card (preferred), cash, or check. Payment must be received Prior to the Event Date. If payment is not received prior or on the date, Food and Beverage will not be provided. If paying with a check please make it out to Spectra Food Services. Tailgating orders booked less than 7 days in advance will be subject to an 18% administrative fee. All catering is subject to Connecticut state sales tax, unless advanced arrangements are made with the catering department at (860) Spectra Food Service must have a valid Tax Exempt Certificate in its possession prior to the event to remove the sales tax from the invoice. Any changes made to an existing catering order within less than 3 days prior to the event, is subject to an 18% administrative fee. *All Catered events are subject to a 20% Management Charge. 10% of this Management Charge is distributed to the employee who preform services in connection with the catered event. The remaining 10% of the Management Charge is the sole property of the food/ beverage service company or venue owner, as applicable is used to cover such party s cost and expenses in connection with the administration of the catered event(other than employee tip, gratuities and wages), and is not a charge in lieu of a tip. The Management Charge is not a tip, gratuity or service charge for any wait staff employee, service bartender or other employee, and no part of the Management Charge will be distributed(as a tip, gratuity, or otherwise) to any employee who provided service to guests.
