2 This guide is designed to ease the planning of your special event. We are excited to work with you to make your event experience memorable. We have provided only a sampling of available menu items and welcome the opportunity to have one of our chefs create a custom menu that meets your specific needs. We specialize in many event types such as board meetings, community groups, breakfast meetings, etc. No event is too big or too small. Table linens are provided for the buffet table only. Table linens for other tables are available at an additional charge depending on the size, color, etc. A $75.00 staffing service fee will be applied to events scheduled after hours and on weekends. A $50 delivery fee will be addended to all events held off premise (not held on Broward College North, South or Central Campuses) We will have a 10% allowance of food above the guaranteed count. We will make every effort possible to serve all guests, but cannot be responsible if the actual number exceeds the guaranteed number by 10%.
