7 CATERING POLICY Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date upon acceptance of your quote. Final balance is due 48 hours prior to the event. Payment: The final count is due 10 days prior to the event. Your final count can increase but NEVER decrease. The final payment is due 2 days prior to the event. If you choose to use a credit card, a 2.5% processing fee will be added to your bill. Taxes: 9.25% sales tax will be added to all food & beverages.
