Choosing this type of menu for your event is an extension of you and your taste. 5 Additional Rates *Delivery $30 fee *Set-Up $50 flat fee Buffet table set up, food delivered in steamer pans, and the sterno racks are provided by customer *Buffet Attendant- $25 per hour Includes set-up, guests are assisted by a food attendant, attendant replenishes food, and breaks down buffet table *Wait Staff - $30 per hour Includes set-up, guests served by a food attendant, and breaks down buffet table *Buffet Breakdown -$50 flat fee Breaking down of buffet table, left-over food packaging, and washing of catering equipment *Buffet Rental -$5 per sterno rack or $20 per chafing dish Racks/Chafing Dishes must be returned in the same condition as received. All services includes the necessary condiments & standard serving utensils All of our menus do require a 15- person minimum unless otherwise noted and all prices listed are per person. Prices are subject to change if there is a request for substitutions or additions to orders. Service Types Rates *Standard Service (included in the price of the meal) includes high quality white disposable plates, forks, knives and white napkins. *Heavy Duty Service includes heavy-duty Black plates, forks, knives and white napkins. Available for an additional $1.25 per person. *Elegant Service includes china, glassware, metal flatware, linen napkins, and salt & pepper shakers. Available for an additional $7.50 additionally per person. *Boxed Meals will have your menu selections individually portioned out and boxed up. Boxes include utensils, napkin and condiments. Available for an additional $1.75 per person. Terms of Agreement The final order must be verified 14 days prior to the event date listed in the contract. Substitutions may incur additional fees. -Full payment due 7 days prior to event -50% deposit is required at booking -Full deposit refund upon 30 day notice -50% deposit refund upon 20 day notice -25% deposit refund upon 14 day notice Portion Size Per Person The following list is a general guide to use when placing orders. Meals prepared by Petite Affairs may be slightly higher but never lower than the amounts listed.
