9 Policy & Procedures Ordering and Cancellation Policy Our business office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. To place your order please call Monday Through Thursday $ order minimum plus $20.00 delivery Friday & Saturday $ order minimum plus $30.00 delivery Sunday orders $ order minimum plus $60.00 delivery Delivery charges may increase based on location. When ordering, please allow 24-hour notice. At 12:00 noon, all orders for the next day are final. If an order is cancelled after noon, you will be charged 50% of the total order. On the date of your delivery, orders can t be cancelled. If you decide to not accept the order, you will be charged 100% of the order. On date of your delivery, the total number of people can t be reduced. All food prepared will be delivered. You can increase the number of people for your event up to 4 hours prior to delivery. When ordering, please note the event time you give us is when you want to serve your guests. We will arrive minutes before the event time you provide for us.
