These menus are available to groups of 20 or more. Menu orders must be confirmed with Melody Gray, 7 days prior to event. Please call ext Breakfast- Full Breakfast $7.95 per person Scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage, with your choice of English Muffins or Biscuits Add Cheese, Meat, or Veggies to eggs,.50 per ingredient Biscuits and Gravy Biscuits served with our homemade sausage gravy $5.95 per person Breakfast Casserole $5.95 per person A classic egg bake with Cheese and your choice of three ingredients. Choose from Ham, Bacon, Sausage, Onions, Peppers, Tomatoes, and Jalapenos. Breakfast Sandwiches $3.49 each Choose from Ham, Bacon, or Sausage, Available on an English Muffin or Croissant Breakfast Burritos $3.95 each Scrambled Egg, Sausage, Green Pepper, and Pico de Gallo with cheddar jack cheese rolled in a flour tortilla with a side of salsa and sour cream. Breakfast Pizza 12 - $ $12.95 Country gravy or cheese sauce base loaded with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and your choice of Ham, Bacon, or Sausage. 2 -Lunch/Dinner- Ball Park Buffet Char grilled hamburgers and all beef hotdogs. Served with your choice of 2 side items. Trophy s BBQ Your choice of BBQ Pork, Beef, Pulled Chicken, or some of each, served with fresh buns and two sides. Soup and Sandwich $7.95 per person Half a sub sandwich or Chicken salad croissant served with your choice of soup. Make it a full sandwich $2 more. Choose from Broccoli and Cheese, Creamy Chicken and Rice, Tomato Basil, Chicken Noodle, Vegetable Beef, or Chili. To Go Box lunches $7.95 per lunch Ham, Turkey, or Chicken salad sandwich, served with chips and a brownie. Add fresh fruit cup, cottage cheese, or coleslaw $2 more. Cold Cut buffet Sliced Turkey, Ham, and Roast beef, served with a variety of cheeses and fresh buns. Meal includes all sandwich fixings and all the condiments and is served with your choice of two sides. Italian Sandwiches Homemade Meatballs or Graziano Brothers Sausage served with fresh hoagie buns, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Served with 2 sides. Mexican Fiesta $10.95 per person Beef and Chicken enchiladas, plus a taco bar with hard shells, seasoned beef and all the trimmings. Served with Refried Beans, Spanish rice, and Chips and salsa. Pizza and Pasta Buffet $11.50 per person A variety of one and two topping pizzas, fresh pasta noodles with both marinara and Alfredo sauce. Includes fresh garden salad and bread sticks. Trophy s Broasted Chicken $10.95 per person Our delicious pressure fried chicken served with your choice of two sides. Served with a fresh garden salad and corn muffins. Trophy s Cavatelli Pasta $10.95 per person A medley of 3 pastas weaved with cheese and sauce and your choice of ingredients and baked to perfection. Choose from Meatball Marinara, Graziano Sausage Marinara, Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, or Trophy s Supreme with sausage, peperoni, green pepper, mushroom, black olive, and onion.

Served with biscuits and a garden salad. Burgundy Beef Tips Tender cuts of beef in a burgundy wine sauce. Served with a wild rice blend, fresh steamed vegetables, and dinner rolls $11.95 per person Chicken Supreme $12.95 per person Grilled Chicken breasts covered with sautéed mushrooms, onions and peppers smothered in cheddar jack cheese served on Rice Pilaf with mushroom sauce. Includes California vegetable blend, dinner rolls and fresh garden salad. Two Meat Buffet $12.95 per person Your choice of Slow Roasted Turkey, Smoked Ham, Homemade Meatloaf or Roast Beef served with your choice of potato, mashed, seasoned baby red, or Au Gratin, also includes Veggies, Fresh garden salad and dinner rolls. Prime Rib (available on-site only) $19.95 per person The granddaddy of them all! Our Chef will slice the slow roasted prime Rib for your event. Includes 10 ounces of beef, Choice of Garlic Mashed, Seasoned baby red, or Au Gratin potato, and California veggie medley, Garden or Caesar salad, and dinner roll. Trophy s sides: Potato Chips, Macaroni and Cheese. Potato salad, Baked Beans, Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad, Italian Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw, Cottage Cheese, Garden salad, or Caesar Salad.

7 Trophy s Loft and Banquet Rooms Upper Loft inside Trophy s Sports Bar accommodates up to 35 guests. Plaza Lanes Banquet Rooms accommodates up to 120 guests. Loft Rental: $75.00 Banquet Room Rental: $ NOTE: Private bartender (with cash bar or open bar) in Banquet Rooms is required. Cost of bartender is included in Room Rental. BUFFET TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Payment for groups ordering buffets will be printed on 1 ticket. We cannot split up payment for buffets amongst more than 1 individual. 2. Individual plated meals are available for persons with special dietary needs. 3. 6% sales tax will be added to food total. 20% service gratuity will be added to food and drink ticket totals. 4. To ensure that your party experience with us is the best it can be, we ask that you confirm your choice of food menu and the number of guests no less than 7 business days prior to the date of your event.
