A 50% deposit will be required seven days prior to the event and will be non refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled event. The responsible party understands that the guaranteed number of guest is the minimum amount that will be charged. Any additional guest over the guaranteed number will be charged for at the same price as the guaranteed number per person price. The responsible party understands that the entire balance of the event is due at the completion of the event unless prior arrangements have been made. Deposits may be waived at management s discretion. A $100 additional damage/cleaning deposit will also be required for all events, this deposit will not be waived by management. If the $ 100 damage/cleaning deposit is not applied it will be available for pickup within 48hrs of the events completion. The responsible party understands that any damage done to the Desert Lakes Golf Course, the club house facility or practice areas during an event (i.e. wedding receptions) that the price of the damage will be determined and that the responsible party will be held liable. Guest are not permitted anywhere on the golf course unless cleared through the Golf Shop prior to the event. At no times are any type of heeled shoes allowed on the golf course or practice areas. 2 19 th Hole Grill Buffet Menu Pricing All buffet menus are designed to have a complete meal, gratuity and tax are included in the per person price and all buffet meals include coffee and/or ice tea. Pricing is based on basic menu item entrees, items with an asterisk (*) next to an item will be charged an extra amount based on the item chosen. Special buffets may constructed to meet certain request. Any menu listed may be set up as served dinner in stead of a buffet. A charge of $3.00 per person will be added to the price for a served meal. One tablecloth per table, rolled flatware and basic tumblers are included in all buffet packages. Additional charges for more tablecloths, stemware, cloth napkins and any other additional items not usually required will be applied to the actual cost. Additional pricing for special items are listed on the actual contract page. Items not listed on the contract page will be determined and presented as soon as possible to the customer. Any special wine, champagne or special alcohol ordered must be done in advance and is non refundable once an event has started. All bottles ordered must be paid for regardless if they are consumed during the event. All bottles will be left on the 19 th Hole premises at the completion of an event. Pricing listed below is a guide to help determine the best price suited for each individual party/event. Pricing may be adjusted due to less or more selections and actual food cost. As stated above all prices include tax and gratuity. All plans include one side choice, one salad choice, two vegetable choices, one dessert choice and tea or coffee. If a cake is being brought in for a reception another salad may be selected for the dessert choice at no extra charge.
