If you desire an item or service that is not listed, please contact us and we will detail a menu plan specifically for you! Due to the complexity of Bartelli s menu items, we appreciate 48 hours advance notice when ordering most menu items. Rush orders are accommodated whenever possible. To ensure our availability, it is best to contact us to cater your event as early as possible. *Reserving Our Services* To make your function flow smoothly it is important to make your reservations as early as possible. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve our services. A 50% deposit of the total estimated bill, including catering and beverage costs, is required no later than sixty (60) days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the date. * An approximate guest count is required two (2) weeks in advance of your event. A guaranteed guest count is required seven (7) business days prior to your event. This guarantee can be increased but not decreased after the required seven days. The billing amount is based on a guaranteed count plus any additional persons served. Charges for additional persons served will be due at the time of your event. Bartelli s accepts cash, checks, Visa/Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of an event, we reserve the right to retain the deposit or charge a cancellation fee.
