3 General Information Menu selections must be made at least 2 weeks in advance for groups of 30 or more. One week in advance for groups under 30 people. Final guest count is due 72 hours prior to your arrival date. No outside food or beverage will be allowed. Events will be held rain or shine. A deposit of half the rental fee will be due within one week of booking. A cancellation fee of half the deposit will be applied if an event is cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date. 15 Bar Menu Additional information A bartender fee of $50.00 for two hours of service will be applied to all events. After the first two hours there will be an additional fee of $20.00 per hour. Id s will be checked at the gate for any event where alcohol is being served. Anyone 21 years of age or older who wishes to consume alcohol will be given a wristband. If a guest is not wearing a wrist band no alcohol will be given to them, there will be no exceptions. Hosted bar: The host will be billed for the amount of beverages consumed or opened. Cash bar: Guests pay for their own drinks 15
