2 The Lexington Legends and Legendary Concessions thank you for choosing Whitaker Bank Ballpark to host your Special Event. Our executive chef has created an menu filled with select packages as well as an à la carte menu featuring some of our old favorites, with a new twist. We are committed to the highest standards of quality and service during your visit to Whitaker Bank Ballpark. Our staff is dedicated to providing the finest food services and amenities. Please do not hesitate to let us know what we can do to make your experience more enjoyable for all game day needs. You will have a Legends Representative available to you throughout the duration of your event as well as a full time staff member to help with any questions you may have. 3 WHITAKER BANK BALLPARK INFORMATION Jillian Waitkus, is available to assist you with your food and beverage selections for your special event, and if you have any questions or special requests. Eric can be reached Monday through Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm or via at any time. Phone: PLACING YOUR ORDER Please fill out one of our order forms that will be provided to you by Jillian or your Legends representative. These forms must be completely filled out including guest count, contact information, event date and arrival time. To make your special event as effortless as possible, we ask that all food and beverage orders, as well as any special requests, be placed at least 72 hours prior to your event METHODS OF PAYMENT A credit card may be provided and kept on file to be used for food and beverage charges. Near the conclusion of the event, the main contact will be required to sign a customer summary, eliminating the need to present the card again. We accept: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. ADVANCE PAYMENT For this option, you will be provided with a total of all charges based upon the Advance order. All advance payments (cash, credit card, and certified check) must be received at least 72 hours prior to the game. Please advise, you will be responsible for any additional orders and cost over and above the initial menu order. The Legends representative will be required to ask for payment at the time the order is placed. TAX AND GRATUTIY There is a 6% sales tax that will be applied to all food and beverage orders per the State of Kentucky. Gratuities are at the sole discretion of suite holders and/or guests.

4 CATERING POLICIES & PROCEDURES Our menus have been prepared to reflect our personalized style of catering service. We provide these selections in order to help you plan your catered event. Should you propose a special request, our staff stands ready to fulfill your needs. The following information is offered in answer to frequently asked questions. FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE Only food and beverage provided by Legendary Concessions may be served at Whitaker Bank Ballpark. Event menus, room arrangements and other details pertaining to your function should be submitted to Legendary Concessions at least thirty days prior to your event. We will be happy to plan a menu especially for you or assist you in selecting the proper menu items and arrangements to ensure a successful function. STANDARD EQUIPMENT PROVIDED Events held in the Kentucky Ale Taproom will include sixteen square-tops, ten rectangle-tops and several cocktail tables for your use as well as up to 100 chairs. Traditional setting will be restaurantstyle. However, on non-game days the arrangements can be tailored to your needs. Additional charges may apply if a different setting is required on a game day. Also provided will be two additional 8 tables with black linen to be used for registrations, display, etc. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION An advance deposit constituting 25% of the estimated cost is required upon contract. An additional 50% is required one month prior to date of event. Balance of the total contract price, based on the guaranteed count, is due 72 business hours prior to the function. Such payments shall be by cash, credit card or check. GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT Guaranteed attendance must be provided three working days in advance of the event. If no guarantee is given, host is responsible for the contracted number. An additional charge will apply for guarantees under 25 persons. CANCELLATION Events cancelled prior to 90 days before scheduled date will be entitled to a refund of half of advance deposit. No refunds will be extended to cancellations within ninety days of event. FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRICES Food and beverage prices are subject to change. Prices will be guaranteed one year in advance and only when a signed catering contract is executed and 50% deposit received. ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE AND TAX Food, beverages, administrative charges, and any labor charges are subject to 6.0% sales tax. If your group is tax exempt, please present a current copy of your Kentucky Tax Exempt Certificate prior to your event.
