2 Londonderry Dining Services provides restaurant quality catering services for events held at Londonderry School District property. The menu selections and services in our catering guide are the most frequently requested, and should serve as a guide for your event. However, this is only the beginning of the wide variety of tastes and services we can provide. Please consider this as a starting point from which we can customize an event that will meet your group s distinctive needs. We will be glad to assist with your principal/staff meetings, inservice training, special luncheons, holiday parties, athletic celebrations, retirement parties etc. When planning your meeting or event you will need to consider these guidelines: Planning your event A two week s advance notice is preferred for most events, but please don t hesitate to call if you re in a pinch. We will always do our best to meet all of your catering needs. For groups of 75 or more, please make arrangements at least three weeks in advance. Budgets, Guarantee & Cancellations It s a good idea to have in mind an estimated dollar amount that you are willing to spend so we can design a menu within your budgetary requirements. To efficiently prepare for each guest, we require that you guarantee the number of guests that will be attending your event at least 5 business days in advance. Events will be billed at the guaranteed number or the actual number served, whichever is greater. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance. Shorter notices may result in charges of up to 100% of the original billing for food prepared and unused. Reserving Your Room and Location Please contact Lisa Muse at the district office to reserve your location and submit a use of facility request. She can be reached at x1116 or by lmuse@londonderry.org. The Catering Department will deliver to the building and location within the Londonderry School District of your choice. We are unable to provide catered services to buildings or properties not owned and operated by the Londonderry School District.

3 Additional Services There is an added labor charge ($35.00 per person per hour) for events scheduled to begin on in session school days before 7:00 a.m. or after 3:30 p.m., or on days when school is not in session, such as weekends, holidays, and vacation breaks. Payment Options A check in the amount of the total invoice for catering services should be given to the Director of Dining Services or mailed to 295 Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH and made payable to Dining Services. Special Meal Requests Dietary restrictions are a common occurrence for many events. If you or any guest at your event has specific dietary needs, we would be happy to provide special meals for them. Please inform us in advance of your event so that we may better accommodate your guests' needs. Drop off orders For the safety of your guests, food must be consumed or refrigerated within three hours of delivery or four hours of pick up. If you have any questions concerning safe food handling, please ask any member of our catering team. Availability and Pricing Items may be substituted due to the availability or pricing. Advance notice will be given in those situations where it can be predicted. Pricing is subject to change due to fluctuations in the food market. Executive Continental...$3.25 per person Seasonal fresh cut fruit, an assortment of bagels with cream cheese and preserves, fresh brewed coffee including cups, creamer, and sweeteners. Yogurt Parfait Bar... $2.25 per person Make your own parfait with an assortment of yogurt and toppings to complete your morning *If catering event is scheduled for a Monday. Whole fresh fruit will be offered.
