1 CATERING BROCHURE We at Manheim Township Food Service Department are proud of our Blue Streak Catering and have earned a reputation for quality, value, and exceptional service. This guide is only a starting point for what we can provide. We are able to customize the menu and service to provide your event with that special touch. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Who should I contact? Contact Stacy Smith at smithst@mtwp.net or with questions and/or to schedule an event. How much advanced notice do you require? We require a two-week notice to ensure availability. We can review shorter notices on a case-by-case basis. What is the cost? Our cost listed includes the food, setup, and disposable service ware. *Internal customers receive a discount on the listed prices.* Are there labor fees in addition to the prices listed? Maybe. Service provided after 3:00 p.m. or before 7:00 a.m. or on non-scheduled school days will result in a labor charge of $25.00/hour per employee. Do you offer linen, China, and flowers? Yes, we can arrange for these services, and an additional charge will be applied to the event cost. When is payment due? Payment is due within 30 days of your event. Checks should be made payable to MTSD Cafeteria Fund. Where do I send payment? Checks should be sent to MTSD, Attn: Food Services, 450A Candlewyck Road, Lancaster, PA *Internal customers may continue to pay by voucher as you have in the past.*
