2 Maschio s Food Services, Inc. is pleased to provide catering services for special events throughout the school year. Our company has the resources to cater any special event provided it does not interfere with our primary goal of feeding the students. Special events should be arranged preferably ten (10) days in advance. To arrange for catered functions, please fill out a Catering Request Form available in the school office or from the Food Service Director. All pricing in this booklet is based on standard disposable supplies and the necessary labor during schedule school days. Any catering occurring at times other than school hours will have additional labor costs. Please see the Area Supervisor for specific labor costs. This booklet contains prices and suggested menu packages to assist you in planning your catered event. If none of the suggestions meet your needs, the Area Supervisor or Maschio s Corporate Chef will be happy to assist you in preparing a special menu for any occasion.
