3 Lunch Buffet: Soup and Sandwich: Great for light lunches and midday meetings: Your choice of the Chef s delicious seasonal soups. Served with turkey, ham and roast beef along with assorted breads, croissants, condiments, pasta salad and fresh baked cookies. Chicken Tortilla Wraps: Seasoned Grilled or Fried Chicken served in a warm Flour Tortilla with Lettuce, Tomato and Shredded Cheese. Accompanied by a side of Pasta Salad. The Big Sandy Picnic Basket: Served with mouthwatering fried chicken and pulled pork barbeque, baked beans, and cole slaw. Box Lunches Includes your choice of a Ham, Turkey or Roast Beef Sandwich. Served with Pasta or Potato Salad, Homemade Cookies and Kettle Chips. Honey Pecan Fried Chicken Salad: Fried Chicken Strips placed over a bed of Mixed Greens with Strawberries and Candied Roasted Pecans. Topped with a light drizzle of sweet Honey Mayo Dressing. (Also available with Grilled Chicken Strips). Grilled Caesar Salad: Crisp Romaine Lettuce topped with Fire Grilled Chicken, Parmesan Cheese and Croutons. Served with our House Caesar Dressing.

4 Lunch Items: (Contd) Sirloin Steak Salad: Grilled Black Angus Sirloin Steak placed over a bed of Mixed Greens. Topped with Red Onions, Fire Roasted Red and Green Peppers, Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese, Black Beans and Black Beans and corn. Served with your choice of chunky Bleu Cheese or Creamy Ranch Dressing. Kentucky Hot Brown: This sandwich was made famous by the Brown Hotel in Louisville Ky. 2 pieces of Buttered Toast piled high with Roasted Turkey and Black Forest Ham. Topped with Melted Cheese Sauce, Tomatoes and Crisp Bacon. Sirloin Kabobs Zesty Grilled Sirloin together with Fresh Mushrooms Green Bell Peppers, Sweet Onions, Cherry Tomatoes and Pineapple. Served over a bed of White Rice. Lunch includes water and Iced Tea.

This fee will be based on the number of attendees. If the number of attendees increases during the event the cost will be adjusted to reflect the accurate number of guests. 11 Additional Labor Cost: Bartender Beverage Attendant 4 hour minimum 4 hour minimum The sales of alcoholic beverages are regulated by the State of WV Liquor Commission. As a licensee, catering by SMG is responsible for the administration of these regulations. It is our policy that outside liquor and or beer are not permitted into the Arena or Conference Center. A 20% Service Fee and WV State Tax will be applied to the final bill of the event. We here at The Big Sandy Arena and Conference Center look forward to assisting you with the planning of your event.
