There are no food or beverage minimums to meet. By providing your signature and credit card number you are guaranteeing payment for this event. A cancellation fee of 25% of the room fee and your food and beverage selections will be applied if your reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to this event. We must be notified of any changes in party size no later than 48 hours prior to this event or your card will be charged for the number of guaranteed guests on this agreement. If your party exceeds the end time communicated on this agreement, there will be an additional room charge accrued on top of the room fee as follows: $125 per hour for Space A, $250 per hour for Space B, $100 for space C and $375 for Space A+B. This fee is added 15 minutes after the contracted end time of your event. Tax and gratuity will be applied to you subtotal. Final payment by credit card is due upon completion of your event.
