2 VENUE INFORMATION & GUIDELINES CATERING FEE Our parent company & exclusive caterer, Butler s Pantry, will ensure your party is catered with the utmost passion & care. In order to cover the cost of service, culinary, & support staff, a 24% catering fee is added to all food, beverage, labor, & equipment charges. PARKING & SECURITY The Coronado includes valet parking in every package. Metered street parking is available if necessary. You will feel safe in knowing that every event at the Coronado is offered a security officer. If needed, we are happy to arrange additional security for per additional officer based on a 5 hour event. TECHNOLOGY & DÉCOR Pump up the volume! The Coronado s state of the art sound system, & LED lighting are all included in your event package. Personalize your party with your own music & colors! Additional A/V items are available for rent. OVERTIME FEE Our listed prices are based on a 5 hour window. Don t let that spoil the fun! Should you need to extend your event another hour, an overtime fee will be applied. Please note that all parties must adjorn by midnight. DAMAGE DEPOSIT The Coronado does require a 1, damage deposit for all events. The deposit must be received with your final payment. As long as no damage is incurred during your event, you will receive your damage deposit back in full. Please note that hosts are responsible for any damage done by an attendee or subcontractor. OUTSIDE FOOD Our exclusive caterer, Butler s Pantry, is dedicated to providing the highest quality food & service when it comes to catering your event. They will supply, prepare, & serve all food for your event. We are more than happy to arrange meals for all dietary restrictions & even Kosher meals. CATERING DINING ENTERTAINING
