Cancellations for rooms If received 21 days prior to event, you will receive a 100% refund. If canceling less than 21 days, there will be a 1 night charge.

7 Additional Information: Linens provided for Sunny Hill Dining Room (Chair covers extra charge) All food and beverages are subject to an 8% NYS tax and 20% Administrative Fee. The Administrative Fee is not a gratuity or tip. It is a charge for the event production of your event. If you feel that the Sunny Hill Staff has exceeded your expectations, then you are more than welcome to provide a gratuity which will be distributed to the employees who provided service for your wedding. Sunny Hill Resort and Golf Course requires a guarantee number of guests within two weeks of the event. You will be financially responsible for 100% of this guarantee number or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. There is a 100 person minimum. Sunny Hill Resort and Golf Course asks that no decorations be used without prior approval and any room arrangements need to be discussed in advance. Confetti, glitter, thrown rice and taper candles are not permitted on any part of the property. Sunny Hill Resort and Golf Course will not be responsible for lost, stolen or left items at the event. A non-refundable deposit of $1, is required at time of contract. Due within 4 months of your event is 50% of the guaranteed minimum. Full payment is due 7 days prior to event.
