2 DRAUGHT & CASK HIGSON S PALE ALE CASK 3.8% 3.6 / 2 A golden pale ale with a balance of floral and citrus notes on the nose. Flavours of floral honey and spice come through on the palate, balanced by a dry and bitter Finish. A classic Pale Ale. HIGSON S AMBER CASK 4.1% 3.6 / 2 A deep caramel coloured ale with a delicate nose of blackcurrants and floral notes. On the palate this beer is smooth with a strong malt backbone, that is complimented with flavours of summer fruits, spice, caramel and citrus. A lingering finish of spiced, caramelised orange gives this beer a great all round flavour. LOVE LANE LAGER 4.4% 4.4 / 2.4 Pilsner and Munich Malts provide a backbone to our take on a classic brew. Balanced bitterness is enhanced by Tettnang, Hersbrucker and Mandarina Bavaria hops to deliver a delicate aroma with herbal pepper and floral flavours. LOVE LANE PALE 4.5% 4.7 / 2.4 An American style pale ale made with biscuit malts and whole hops. Big aromas and bursts of grapefruit, citrus and satsuma over a crisp, refreshing and malty finish. Each of our gins has something unique to Liverpool that makes them that little bit special. Our dry gin is infused with sea holly - the flower of Liverpool foraged from the Mersey shores to provide a dry gin, but with a local twist the true spirit of Liverpool Serve: Served with tonic, garnished with orange zest and a spring of mint. THE GINSMITHS OF LIVERPOOL MARSHMALLOW GIN 6 Our marshmallow gin is as unique as it is wonderfully decadent. Combining the dryness of our gin, we have infused the sweetness of the marshmallow root to create a dry, yet lovely sweet aftertaste, perfect for those that like the sweetness and flavour of marshmallow... the sweet spirit of Liverpool Serve: Served with tonic, berries and finished with a marshmallow and aroma spritz. THE GINSMITHS OF LIVERPOOL NAVY GIN 7 For centuries merchant ships left from the largest dock in the world - Liverpool - sailing the seven seas to far away shores, carrying spices, botanicals, tobacco and other exotic goods. As a tribute to those brave and daring sailors, we have created a higher strength merchant navy gin, infused with our own discovered botanicals... the pioneering spirit of Liverpool Serve: Served with tonic, garnished with a rough cut of pink grapefruit zest. GINSMITHS SPRITZ 8 Our marshmallow gin spritz is for those looking for the sweet taste of summer all year round.
