2 ABOUT BOURBON ROOM The Bourbon Room is a speakeasy style tavern serving up cocktails, brown spirits, beer and food in a relaxed, vintage style setting. Located on the second level of National on 10th, the Bourbon Room boasts their refined assortment of house cocktails, and over expansive list of whiskeys. The room also hosts movie nights, cocktail classes, and live music. Private but not pretentious, with 52 seats and 8 spots at the bar, this venue is best suited to small groups and reservations are recommended. Voted by The Bourbon Review as one of the 10 Best International Bourbon Bars in the World, there is no better spot in Canada to sip on America s only native spirit. 3 WHIS KEY TASTINGS COCK TAIL CLASS 4 40 PEOPLE We offer the tastings in ranges of $50, $75 and $100 per person (additional 20% gratuity) Tastings are inclusive of 5 spirits per person, and discussion of the overall spirit category as well as each individual spirit. While we love to do bourbon tastings, we can put together tastings that cover any of the following ranges of whisk(e)ys: Rye, bourbon, scotch, American, Canadian, Irish & Japanese whiskey or a combination of styles. We offer these during non-peak hours of the bar so that the experience is personal and private. (typically from 5-7pm) before the bar opens. Food can be added to enhance the experience, but is not mandatory PEOPLE We love hosting cocktail classes and offer them at $75 per person.
