This year the drink list is based on the greyscale: a series of tints and shades of colours enclosed between two extremes, white and black. White is the colour that represents utmost pureness, cleanness, the immaculate. It is the symbol of the starting point where you can create a new story with selfconfidence, creativity and imagination. Black is the colour of negation, fashionable, elegant but extreme, it loves to provoke and to amaze others. We believe that even if these two noncolours seem to be so different, actually opposed, they are not divided: one completes the other in a continuous cycle, like the seasons alternation. Between these two extremities there is an impressive gradual sequence of shadows. All you have to do is to let you go, to dare and to lose yourself in it.
