3 McMENAMINS ALES ON DRAFT Ruby One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 294 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple yet delicious, taste the original! Malt: Premium 2-row Malt Hops: Nugget Fruit: Raspberries OG: TG: ABV: 4.39 Hammerhead A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following, to run out is an unforgivable sin. And one can t think of anything better than the McMenamins classic seasonal brew, Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown. This longtime favorite has a chestnut color and medium body that will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few Nut Brown Ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home. Be watchful and clear-headed on your way home lest you begin to grow fanciful, see shapes and shadows in the night and hear things in the howling wind. It may just be your imagination running away with you or it very well may be the Headless Horseman on his fire-breathing black stallion following you! 4 HARD CIDER Anthem Cherry Tart Pie and Sweet Bing Cherries sharpen Anthem Cider s tartness and add a rich background of a dark woody bark undertone. Semi-Dry. Medium Tart. 5.0% to 6.9% ABV. Gluten free. Crispin Pacific Pear Naturally elegant and refreshingly adult with a sparkling natural pear finish and a subtle woody complexity, complemented by an intense fresh pear bouquet. Naturally fermented using 100% pear juice, not from pear juice concentrate or pear-flavored hard apple cider. 4.5% ABV. Gluten free. Edgefield Ginger Perry Just as cider is made from fermented apples, perry is made from fermented pears. We started with a freshly pressed Anjou pears and fermented this to dryness. To balance out the acidity, additional fresh-pressed pear juice was also blended back into the fermented perry along with freshly juiced ginger to give it some zing. Our perry is off-dry, with a smidge of fresh ginger. It is crisp and refreshing, and pairs well with Asian-inspired dishes. 6.5% ABV Edgefield Hard Cider Relying on the bounty that the Columbia Gorge offers us, we work with a local cider house that sources apples from cold storage to obtain fresh pressed apple juice throughout the year. The apples pressed off for our cider are primarily a blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity), Fuji, Galas, and Honey Crisp (to increase sweetness). Pale yellow gold in color, Edgefield Hard Cider has aromas of fresh apple, apple skin and apple pie spices. Lively on the tongue, fresh apple flavor dominates with hints of pear and honey. Crisp and refreshing, the sweetness in this semi-sweet cider is balanced out by the tartness. 6.8% ABV Fox-Tail Apfelwein German style cider that is double fermented. It has a great balance, with notes of apple and a semi-dry finish. 6.9% ABV Finnriver Fire Barrel Pressed from traditional bittersweet apples and aged in fire charred Kentucky bourbon barrels, this full-flavored cider offers a hint of whiskey, oak aroma, notes of caramel and vanilla, a lingering soft tannin finish. 6.5% ABV
