2 Welcome to The Avenue We aim to provide a combination of great food and the best selection of drinks to accompany your meal. Our wine range changes regularly but we always keep the favourites and are open to requests if we are missing your personal favourite. Due to recent requests, we have added the Passori Rosso which is a Baby Amarone that is rich, velvety and smooth. We have also added new Prosecco Santa Fosca which is available by the glass for all you Prosecco lovers out there. Cocktails have proved to be very popular and like our wines, we like to keep the favourites and add something new. However, if there is something you would like, just ask and if we can make it we will and it might even make it on to the next list. If you like to try something different, why not ask about our Cocktail of Month? We have added a new range of Boutique beers from Stewart Brewing in Edinburgh along with the Old Favourites in bottles. We have also freshened up our draught offer with the addition of Innis & Gunn Lager and Innis & Gunn Session IPA. Please ask a member of staff for details Just like our food menu, our drinks list is always evolving and we encourage feedback on our spirits, wine and bottled range so should there be something that we do not already stock but you think that we should, please let us know and we shall endeavour to add it to the range.

Boodles Gin UK 40% 3.40 Boodles is a proper British Gin known for its understated juniper flavour and crisp taste profile. With a history dating back to 1845, Boodles has long been enjoyed in classic gin drinks such as a Martini or a Boodles and Tonic. Brockmans Premium Gin 3.60 England 40% Brockmans unique infusion of exquisite botanicals creates an intensely smooth gin with a distinctive original taste. Daffy s Gin Scotland 43.4% 3.60 Smooth and vibrant spice with oaky mouthfeel, leading to a lively citrus and Lebanese mint then to red fruit followed by juniper. Eden Mill Original Gin Scotland 42% 3.95 Eden Mill Original Gin is based on a classic style of gin, but with a twist. Along with the usual juniper, angelica and citrus peel, locally foraged seabuckthorn berries. Made using Australian Galaxy hops, this is a floral and green-tinged gin from Scotland s Eden Mill. This makes a refreshing G&T and also works well over ice. selected casks gives our gin hints on the nose of slightly sweet oak and subtle juniper. Hendricks Gin 3.40 Scotland 41.4% Divinely smooth with character and a balance of subtle flavours, whose infusions of cucumber and rose petals create a wonderfully refreshing gin with a delightfully floral aroma. Tanqueray Gin 3.40 England 43.1% A traditional gin made from 4 botanicals botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica and liquorice. It is the careful choice of ingredients that gives Tanqueray its distinctive taste and perfect balance. Whitley Neill Gin 3.40 UK 43% Smooth with rich juniper and exotic spice finishing with a long fade of herbs and candied lemon peels. Serve with a twist of Orange peel for a perfect garnish. Makar 3.60 Scotland 43% Seven botanicals, including juniper, angelica root, liquorice, coriander seed, lemon peel, rosemary, black peppercorns and cassia bark. Juniperled, backed up by citrus and spice, with angelica and rosemary standing out on the palate and finish. The Botanist Gin 3.60 Scotland 46% The Botanist Gin is the first and only Islay gin, simmer distilled, under very low pressure for a rare explosion of flavour. Martin Miller s Gin 3.20 England 40% Martin Miller s Gin uses the finest botanicals sourced from around the world, traditional maceration techniques are used and it is then shipped to Iceland to be blended to strength using pure Icelandic spring water. A soft gin with brilliant citrus notes and a subtle floral finish. Sipsmith London Dry Gin 3.60 England 41.6% Hand crafted in small batches of no more than 300 bottles at a time creating unrivaled smoothness. Gentle mouth feel with confident notes of juniper. Followed by a long citrus burst that rounds off with a soft note of spices and a hint of sweetness. Sipsmith Sloe Gin 3.60 England 29% Sipsmith Vintage Sloe Gin, see s Dartmoor sloes rested upon their classic London Dry Gin for a 3 month maceration period. With considerably less sugar, the result is bright & fruit driven with notes of plum & raisin alongside Rock Rose Handcrafted 3.60 Scottish Gin, 41.5% This very northerly gin features an alluring botanical selection including locally harvested Rhodiola Rosea, Rowan Berries, Sea Buckthorn, Blaeberries, Verbena, Coriander Seed, Cardamom and Juniper. They use a traditional copper pot still.

Woodford Reserve USA 43.2% 3.40 Woodford Reserve is a super premium small batch Bourbon. Clean, brilliant honey amber in colour with heavy rich dried fruit, hints of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of coco. Maker s Mark USA 45% 3.40 A light, spicy flavour with a hint of butterscotch and vanilla. Wonderfully smooth, short with a warm finish. Bourbon Jack Daniel s Tennessee Honey USA 35% 3.40 With hints of honey and a finish that s naturally smooth, Jack Daniel s Tennessee Honey is something special. Gentleman Jack USA 40% 3.40 Silky and soft with caramel and fruit flavours, laced with vanilla and smoke. A light amber, delicate, yet balanced Tennesee Whiskey. Jim Beam Kentucky Bourbon White Label, USA 40% 3.20 aroma of oaky vanilla, spicy backdrop. It has flavour of medium-bodied, mellow hints of caramel and vanilla.

11 Bacardi Carta Blanca Cuba 37.5% 3.00 Bacardi Superior rum is the orginal premium aged white rum first produced in 1862 in Santiago de Cuba. Bacardi rum is still imported from the Caribbean. The distillation, filtration and aging processes are carefully managed by the Maestros de Rom to ensure that the unique flavour profile remains consistent with the original. Havana Club 3 Year Old Cuba 40% 3.10 Havana Club has kept alive the art of ageing and blending premium rums, thus ensuring the heritage and excellence of the Cuban rum-making tradition. Havana Club 3yr Old has an intense nose with accents of vanilla, caramelised pears, banana and hints of smoked oak. Captain Morgan Spiced Gold Rum, England 35% 2.90 Morgan s Spiced combines quality golden rums from throughout the Caribbean and a variety of different spices, including vanilla. Rich, smooth and honey-coloured with a soft warm finish letting the spices to show themselves to the full. Rum Havana Club Anejo Especial Cuba 40% 3.20 Havana Club Anejo Especial is a premium golden rum with a blend of rums aged for up to five years in the ageing cellars of Havana Club. An intense aroma reminiscent of sugar cane with slightly smoky accents and hints of honey, vanilla and cinnamon. A round and persistent finish. Myers Rum Jamaica 40% 3.20 Made from 100% pure rich, sweet and dark Jamaican molasses, Myers uses a blend of 9 speciality selected rums. Aged for 6 years in white oak barrels, Myers is a deep, reddish orange rum with a smokey tobacco nose and a smooth spicy sweet taste. The Kraken Black Spiced Rum, USA 40% 3.40 The Kraken Black Spiced Rum is produced using rums from Trinidad & Tobago, aged for months and blended with 11 spices including cinnamon, ginger and cloves. The Kraken is strong, rich, black and smooth. Captain Morgan Dark Rum, Jamaica 40% 3.00 Captain Morgan Original Dark Rum is the original dark spiced rum. It is a great tasting spirit with the depth and complexity of a whisky and the sweetness and mixability of a rum. Mellow spices that are brought out in the maturation process give it an unmistakably legendary flavour.

12 Haig Club Clubman Single Grain Scotch Whisky 3.40 Scotland 40% Haig Club Clubman is matured exclusively in Fresh Bourbon Casks which give a layer of wonderful sweet, vanilla and coconut flavour to the Scotch. Talisker 10 Year Old Scotland 45.8% 3.80 Distinctive, easily recognised and bottled at the unusual strength of 45.8% ABV. Talisker is a full bodied and smoky, Island whisky. Jura Origin 10 Year Old Scotland 40% 3.50 Jura Origin is aged in ex-bourbon casks for 10 years. Some say it tastes of oak with hints of honey, caramel and soft liquorice. Origin is the whisky that began the Jura story and is the perfect sipped as a pre-dinner aperitif. Jura Superstition Scotland 43% 3.80 Hints of honey and pine, as the balance of peated and unpeated spirits is matured to perfection in ex-bourbon casks. Auchentoshan 12 Year Old Scotland 40% 3.50 Auchentoshan 12 Year Old is a single Lowland Malt that is triple distilled and matured for over 12 years. A stylish, contemporary brand with younger adult appeal, Auchentoshan is light and subtle. A great entry level single malt for new consumers to the category. Malt Whisky Lagavulin 16 Year Old Scotland 43% 3.95 Lagavulin is a huge, rich and intensely flavoured Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. It is an essential Scotch whisky that any connoisseur or enthusiast must have in their collection. Deep, dry and exceptionally peaty, possibly the most pungent of all Islay malts, Lagavulin is not for the faint-hearted. Dalwhinnie 15 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 3.80 Scotland 43% Perfect Highland Single Malt Scotch whisky with a resilient marriage of speyside heather-honey sweetness and lowland intensity. Highland Park 12 Year Old Scotland 40% 3.40 Established in 1798 on Orkney, Highland Park is the most northerly Scotch whisky distillery in the world. With its windswept moors, craggy outcrops and ancient religious sites, Orkney is a land full of mystery and rich in anecdote. Rich and well balanced malty tones with the subtle floral smoke which makes Highland Park such a distinctive single malt whisky.
