10 KIT BAGS KIT BAGS COCKTAIL KIT Packed in a black tube with a Boston Can, Glass, Hawthorn Strainer, Bar Spoon and instructions, gives you all you need for the majority LEATHER KIT BAG The ultimate in kit bags, hand made from premium brown cow hide, it has a strong handle and removable, adjustable shoulder strap. The interior has a large internal zip KIT BAGS of cocktails to be made with ease and style. pocket and a smaller pocket for a phone as well as seven compartments. The compartments have Velcro on the walls enabling them to be adjusted to fit different sized items. 14 Conversion Chart cl to fl Oz cl UK fl Oz US fl Oz Care CARING FOR GLASS All of our glassware is dishwasher safe but we would recommend you treat them carefully, wash them individually, by hand and do not soak them with other glasses! Avoid the rims of martini glasses coming into contact with other glasses. Never scoop ice with a glass or stack them, unless they have been designed for stacking. When pouring hot drinks, always preheat the glass with hot water. Conversely, never put cold water or ice into warm or hot glasses. CARING FOR TEAPOTS, TRIVETS AND POT WARMERS Our teapots are made of iron and lined with enamel so they are both hard wearing and durable. Nevertheless it is necessary to treat them with care. Before using a pot for the first time you must rinse the pot and infuser with boiling water and dry thoroughly. Never use cleaning products either inside or outside of the tea pots as this may damage the surface. Store in a cool dry place and avoid contact with salts and oils. Avoid placing the pot in cold water whilst it is still hot. These tea pots are not suitable for boiling water in. CARING FOR PLASTICS Whilst all our plastics are dishwasher safe and virtually unbreakable, they should not be used with boiling water. CARING FOR STEEL Our stainless steel items are all made from the more premium of the two steel types used in the catering industry (18/8) and as such needs no care guidance and can take everything a normal bar can throw at them. Caring for Plated Items & Mule Cups These need a bit more looking after than your regular steel. Hand wash only and no abrasive scrubbing. We do not recommend metal polishes as these will slowly remove the coating and could leave a residue affecting the taste of drinks made with the tools Notes
