They are all simple recipes, leaving you more time to spend with friends and family this holiday. 3 Stars & Stripes 2 lbs fresh Wish Farms strawberries, sliced 18 oz fresh Wish Farms blueberries 2 (8 oz) tubs fat-free whipped cream 1 (14.4 oz) box graham crackers ¼ cup white chocolate morsels 1. Rinse and pat dry all berries. Remove stems and thinly slice strawberries. 2. Layer ingredients in a medium sized baking dish in the order of whipped topping, graham crackers, whipped topping again and then berries 3. Continue layering until the baking dish is filled to the top 4. For the last layer, lay the fruit in an American Flag design for a festive touch 5. Melt the white chocolate morsel and drizzle over the top 6. Freeze for a couple hours and serve when ready 3

4 Star Spangled ½ lb fresh Wish Farms strawberries, cut into chunks ½ lb fresh Wish Farms blueberries ½ lemon, squeezed into juice 4 tbsp. honey 500 ml non-fat greek yogurt 2-3 drops vanilla extract 1. Combine yogurt, lemon, honey and vanilla extract in medium sized bowl 2. Pour mixture into an 8x8 pan (lined w/ parchment paper) 3. Sprinkle berries on top of mixture 4. Freeze for 4 hours and set aside 5. Break apart using a knife 4

5 Red, White & Blue 1 pint Wish Farms blueberries 1 lb Wish Farms strawberries 1 large box vanilla instant pudding (5.1 oz) 3 cups milk 12 oz whipped topping 1 large loaf pound cake 1. Rinse Wish Farms berries and pat to dry, slice strawberries then set aside 2. Cut pound cake into 1-inch cubes then set aside 3. Whip 3 cups milk w/ large pack of vanilla instant pudding until thickened; or follow instructions on box 4. Fold in whipped topping, in a clear bowl start to layer ingredients 5. Split ingredients in half so you have enough for 2 layers 6. Start first with a layer of pound cake, then mixed whipped topping, then sprinkle with berries 7. Repeat process until all layers are complete 5

6 Patriotic 1 lb Wish Farms strawberries 6 oz Wish Farms blueberries 12 oz container whipped cream 1. With leaves face down, slice each strawberry in half 2. With a teaspoon, spoon out some whipped cream and place on the center of the berry 3. Top with 1-3 Wish Farms blueberries 4. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve, or eat fresh 6

7 Betsy Ross 2-3 Wish Farms strawberries, sliced 3-4 Wish Farms raspberries ¾ tsp grenadine 2 tbsp club soda Crushed ice Lemon-lime soda 5-6 Wish Farms blueberries 1. Place raspberries and strawberries in the bottom of a glass and drizzle the grenadine over them 2. Next add your club soda then fill your glass with crushed ice to the top (by doing this the blueberries are separated from the raspberries and strawberries) 3. Slowly pour in your lemon-lime soda (pouring slowly allows the grenadine to stay separated from the soda) 4. Add a handful of blueberries on top 7

8 1776 Sparkling 1 lb Wish Farms strawberries, sliced 6 oz Wish Farms blueberries 6 oz Wish Farms blackberries 6 oz Wish Farms raspberries Gelato (we used a caramel truffle flavor) 1 bottle Brut Champagne 1. Layer all four berries in your glass 2. Place a scoop of gelato on top 3. Pour in the bubbly and fill up your glass 8

9 Uncle Sam s 1 lb Wish Farms strawberries, cut in chunks 1 pint Wish Farms blueberries 3 bananas, sliced 1/8 cup of honey 1 fresh lime 1. Combine all ingredients and mix well 2. Refrigerate until ready to serve 9

10 Rockets Red Glare 1 lb Wish Farms strawberries, stems removed 6 oz Wish Farms blueberries Pre-made angel food cake Skewers 1. Cut the angel food cake into little bite sized squares 2. Rinse and cut tops of strawberries off 3. Once berries are rinsed, alternate putting each ingredient onto the skewers ending with blueberries 10
