Carpano Squared Gin or Vodka this martini combines the best of Carpano Dry and Carpano Bianco Vermouths Jalapeño Margarita The subtle taste of jalapeño with the slightest bit of heat on the finish. Served up Ten 4 Vodka, fresh lime juice, jalapeno, cilantro and Chartreuse. Margarita #1 Just what you expect: Plata Tequila, fresh lime juice and a splash of Blue Curacao. Served up or on the rocks. The Z Green Briar Grin This daiquiri was inspired by my friend Marcus Zuazua. At his instigation, (I swear it was all his fault), I purchased a bottle of premium aged rum. Then I went looking for a way to enjoy it. My search brought me to Hemingway s favorite daiquiri. With some alterations and a nod to Hemingway, here is my concoction. Zaya 12 year old rum, maraschino liqueur and fresh lime, shaken and served in a chilled glass. Enjoy (and toast my friend Dr. Z.) A hint of chocolate in the white whiskey blends with the Ancho Reyes liqueur. Add in Carpano Antica Vermouth and now it becomes something rich and complex. The Carpano has wonderful essences of dried fruits and bitter marmalade along with a little cocoa and red wine. All of which are enhanced by the China-China s orange peels and bittering herbs bringing a little truffle like earthiness to the party. Whiskey Sour The classic. Bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup Coffee Pecan Old Fashioned The taste of bourbon, pecans, chocolate and coffee in every sip. Basil Hayden s Bourbon, Gary s Coffee Pecan Bitters and agave.

3 GIN Alaska Cocktail Another classic, pre-prohibition cocktail. I have no idea what it has to do with Alaska! Hendrick's Gin, Yellow Chartreuse, and Orange Bitters. Negroni An Italian classic cocktail, dry and bittersweet, it is very refreshing. Plymouth Gin, Campari, sweet vermouth with Regans and Angostura Orange Bitters: Garnished with a flamed orange zest. Strait Sling This is a very old drink and was probably the precursor to the Singapore Sling. Gin, Cherry Herring, Benedictine, lemon juice and bitters. French 75 Cocktail This cocktail was invented in 1915 at the New York Bar (later Harry s Bar), in Paris to honor the soldiers fighting in WWI. It was named for the French 75mm canon which could be heard in Paris as they boomed away at the front. It is made of gin, fresh lemon juice and champagne Lido Martini This drink plays on the faint cucumber note in Hendrick s and doubles down with the herbal Chartreuse. Hendrick s Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Chartreuse and cucumber. The Wellington Treaty Oak Distilling is aging their gin in whiskey barrels to create their Waterloo Antique Gin. We combined this with Italian vermouth and Amaro. Dirty Martini As above with olive brine. GIN Gin and Tonic Gin or Vodka with homemade tonic water or Fever Tree Dirty Cajun Martini Where the dirty martini meets the Cajun martini: Hendrick s Gin, dry vermouth and pickled jalapeno juice. Guaranteed to tickle your tongue. Wet Martini Plymouth Gin, sweet vermouth and orange bitters. The Aviation Cocktail A classic, pre-prohibition cocktail, created to honor the brand new heroes of aviation. It contains Plymouth Gin, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, lemon juice and Crème de Violette. Hendrick s Cocktail Hendrick s Gin, Green Chartreuse, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, lemon sour and rhubarb bitters. Casino Cocktail Plymouth Gin, lemon juice, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur and orange bitters. Grandfather McFly 55 Carpano Squared To commemorate Marty s trip back to 1955, this is a classic, midcentury martini. Gin or Vodka with a hint of dry vermouth. Gin or Vodka this martini combines the best of Carpano Dry and Carpano Bianco Vermouths.

4 GIN Coup d Or We combine the herbal flavors of the St George Botanivore Gin with the citrus and floral Lillet and the earthy bitterness of Kina L Avion d Or Petruchio Cocktail This is a very old drink and was probably the precursor to the Singapore Sling. Enchanted Rock Vodka, St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur, house made lemon sour and grapefruit bitters. Gypsy Queen Cocktail From the roaring 20 s: vodka, Benedictine and Angostura Bitters. Mélange d Or Combines the flavors of Hendrik s Gin, Carpano Blanco, Carpano Dry and Tempus Fugit s Kina L Avion d Or, with Dale DeGroff s Pimento Bitters. Corpse Reviver (No. 2) Harry Craddock s original, as published in 1930, called for equal parts lemon juice, gin, cointreau and Kina Lillet with absinthe. Plymouth Gin and Lillet or for a little added bitterness sub Kina l Avion d Or. Dry Martini with Gin and Lillet St George Botanivore Gin and substitute Lillet Blanc for the vermouth. With a touch of orange bitters. Champagne Flamingo If you like champagne you need to try this one. Campari, vodka, house made grenadine and, of course, champagne. Harrington Cocktail Enchanted Rock Vodka, Cointreau and Chartreuse make a simple pre prohibition cocktail. Bloody Mary The hair of the dog! This is like nothing you ll find in a premixed bottle. Lemon Drop One thing we like less than cloyingly sweet drinks is making one for someone. So this is our interpretation of this classic. Made with Absolut Citron, fresh lemon juice, pineapple juice and St Germaine Elderflower Liqueur. Cosmopolitan The new classic from the 90 s: Absolut Citron, cranberry juice, Cointreau and fresh lime juice.

Whiskey Sour Bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup. New York Sour A Whiskey Sour with a float of Merlot. Apple Old Fashioned This cocktail combines spicy Rye with a hint of apple from the bitters. Add to that a touch of smooth honey syrup and you have a drink that is light on the tongue but still bitters forward. Wild Turkey In Heat Originally from the Tugboat Saloon in Steamboat Springs. Wild Turkey 101, orange juice, lemon juice and orgeat. Manhattan Russell s Reserve 10 Year Old Bourbon, Carpano Antica, Grand Marnier, Bitters. Manhattan 2.0 The bourbon brings flavors of maple, tobacco, smoke and vanilla that blends with the rich, earthy Carpano Antica s tastes of herbs, spice and slight bitterness. The sherry intermingles with the Italian Vermouth, smoothing the bitterness and adding to the richness. Belle Mead Bourbon, Carpano Antica, Sherry, Grand Marnier and Bitters Whiskey Tennessee Chocolate A little smoky, a little nutty, a little chocolate, throw in some mole and chilies. Nelson s Green Brier Tennessee White Whiskey, Frangelico, Crème de Cacao, Ancho Reyes and Mole Bitters. Rusty Nail Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch, Drambuie and Dale DeGroff s Pimento Bitters. Green Briar Grin A hint of chocolate in the white whiskey blends with the Ancho Reyes liqueur. Add in Carpano Antica Vermouth and now it becomes something rich and complex. Black Mission Fig Old Fashioned Rebecca Creek Whiskey or Rye, Brooklyn Hemispherical Black Mission Fig Bitters, agave. Vieux Carré The Vieux Carré dates to 1938 and was the creation of Walter Bergeron, the head bartender at the Monteleone Hotel. This cocktail, which is similar to a Manhattan, combines the spiciness of the rye with the sweet and mellow flavors of the Cognac and vermouth. Add to that the herbal notes of the Benedictine, and you have a smooth and complex drink. Rye, Cognac, sweet vermouth, Benedictine, bitters Sazarac The history of this drink is somewhat clouded, but it does originate in New Orleans in the last half of the 19th century. The Sazerac is, basically, a bitters forward, rye Old Fashioned with an absinthe rinse. The flavors are the spices of the rye and bitters combined with the hint of anise and herbs of the absinthe. Rye, bitters, simple syrup, absinthe.

Grapefruit Tequila Sour This has just the right balance of sweet, tart and sour. Milagro Añejo Tequila, Lillet Rouge, agave nectar and a dash of chocolate bitters, stirred with ice and served on the rocks The Mayahuel Mayahuel was the Aztec Goddess of the maguey of which the agave is a type. She was the mother of the 400 rabbit gods of drunkenness. This margarita plays on the agave with tequila, agave orange liqueur, and agave nectar. 7 RUM The Z This daiquiri was inspired by my friend Marcus Zuazua. At his instigation, (I swear it was all his fault), I purchased a bottle of premium aged rum. Then I went looking for a way to enjoy it. My search brought me to Hemingway s favorite daiquiri. With some alterations and a nod to Hemingway, here is my concoction. Zaya 12 year old rum, maraschino liqueur and fresh lime, shaken and served in a chilled glass. The Vacation Cachaça (Ka SHAH sa) is the national beverage of Brazil. It is an agricole which is distilled from fresh sugar cane rather than molasses like rum. This drink has Cachaça, fresh lemon, Aperol and peach bitters. Caipirinha The National Drink of Brazil. Cachaça and lime Paradise Remembered This cocktail keeps the flavors of rum, coconut and pineapple, but it made as a sour. Kalani Coconut Liqueur, Cruzan Dark Aged Rum, Fresh Pineapple Juice, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur St. Croix Daiquiri Spiced Cruzan Rum, lime juice, and grapefruit bitters.
