3 THE PROCESS Cafection s Refurbishing Program is the only one to guarantee that your unit will look like a brand new one! It is a simple way to upgrade your machines to the latest technology. Here is what happens to your machine when it comes to Cafection plant. Stripping When a unit comes to our shop, it is inspected, completely dismantled and all components are thoroughly cleaned. Cleaning and Painting The cleaning process reveals a like new metal frame and any sign of oxidation is removed. Touch up paint is done on all frames, but you can also ask for a complete paint booth spray (optional). Reconditioning *Black only All hoses are replaced and grinder blades are changed. The electronic components are as well cleaned and repared if needed. When all part are changed, repaired and cleaned, the machine is rebuit and shipped back to you! What you get is a LIKE-NEW machine that will deliver years and years of reliability (complete with like-new 1 year warranty). 4 Grinder Exchange Program After 100,000 cycles (5 years), your grinder blades need to be replaced. Grinders that need to be completely reburbished can be sent back to Cafection plant, where we will rebuild the motor, change the blades and perform a thorough cleaning. We will then ship you back your like-new refurbished grinder! 5 Brew Group Exchange Program A brew group needs to be rebuilt after 25,000 cycles, which is about once a year. The brewer is the heart of the equipment and is responsible for the taste in every brew. Therefore, it needs to be serviced regularly to maintain the quality of the beverages served to your customers. Program A: Brew Group Exchange We ship you a refurbished brewer to swap out you old brew group. This program ensures a constant running of your machine by receiving a refurbished brew group before having to send yours back. From your older brew group, we change: BEFORE Cylinder, screen and seal Piston seal All O rings Springs pins Retaining rings Cam follower Spring plates Tape advance wheels Pressure springs and H-frames We also change the serial number to show that the refurbishing was done. AFTER All brewer exchange comes with a one-year warranty on the brew group. The shipping is not included.

8 HOW TO PACK YOUR MACHINE Pallet - Shrink Wrap - Straps When you are putting the shipment together, you can fit up to four machines on a pallet. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FEET OF THE UNITS ARE COMPLETELY TURNED ALL THE WAY IN SO THEY WILL NOT GET DAMAGED Also verify that the boxing around the units covers them entirely in order to ensure that they will not get any scratches. Once your brewer is boxed, it is time to shrink wrap it. You can then fix it thightly in all directions with straps, like in the photo on the right. DON T FORGET ALL THE PARTS! You can contact our Customer Service anytime for further information about how to palletize your machines properly. They will kindly walk you through the procedure. Recycle your machine! We are constantly looking for machines to rebuild or recycle. If you have an unused brewer that is sitting on a shelf, we will recycle and recover it. Give an old unit a second chance by keeping it out of the landfill, and we will actually pay money for it!
