Printed menus are for general reference and should you not find an item that you would like to have we would be happy to customize any menu to meet your specific needs. Menu pricing is per person unless otherwise noted. All prices are subject to change. Final guarantee is due 72 hours prior to the start of the event. FOOD AND BEVERAGE HOUSE CHARGE, STAFF CHARGE, AND TAX All meeting room and audio/visual equipment are subject to a 25% house charge and applicable 7.25% state sales tax. All food and beverage items are subject to a 15% staff charge and a 10% house charge and applicable 7.25% state sales tax. SHIPPING If you are shipping materials to the hotel, please include the company/group name, event specialist, and date of meeting on the outside of the package so the package can be delivered to the correct individual or group. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise sent to the hotel. The hotel will not hold merchandise that has been shipped to be stored for later pickup or shipment. If an arrangement has been made by the client or group to hold the items until arrival, a negotiated charge will be made depending on the length of the hold.
