Hotel may, at its discretion, allow other food or catering options, but will require a signed food waiver with signed Agreement or Banquet Event Order (BEO) a minimum of 3 business days (72 hours) prior to event. Pricing, Taxes and Gratuities: All prices are subject to a 9.25% Sales Tax and 22% Service Charge. Prices are subject to change without notice. Banquet Event Order (BEO) must be signed prior to expiration for pricing to be honored. Guarantees: To make your meeting a success, please confirm your guarantee number of guests 3 business days (72 hours) prior to your event with your Event Manager. The contracted number of attendees on your Banquet Event Order (BEO) or the actual attendees (whichever is greater) will be the final guarantee charged. Shipping: If shipping materials to the hotel, please include the company/meeting name and date of meeting on the outside of the package. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise sent for storage.
