12 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION All Charges are subject to a 7% sales tax and 22% service charge Minimums and maximums may be in effect for certain menu and buffet items. State law prohibits the sale of alcohol to any person under the age of 21 years old No outside food or beverage of any type may be brought into the hotel event space or in a space that is being used for an event on hotel property for example: Lobby areas, Pool areas and patios with out permission from the hotel General Manager Guarantees are to be submitted 72 hours prior to the day of event. After that time they may only be adjusted upward, but if they do increase then a substitution may be required. If you would like any special menu request please ask our sales professional who would be happy to help. Noise in public and banquet spaces are to be kept with in a reasonable level. The hotel has the right to stop any activity that it deems disruptive to other hotel guest. No DJ's or loud music with out first getting permission from the hotel General Manager.
