10 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Service Charge: A 22% Service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to all food & beverage. Package Handling Fee: A $5 handling fee will be applied to each package received. Function Space: All meeting rooms are set up in accordance to the approved Event Orders. Request for change in room set up after the room has been fully set will result in a $50 reset fee. Banquet Menu: All banquet menu pricing is subject to change without prior notice to contracting. Guarantees: Final Guarantee of the number of people anticipated will be required 72 business hours in advance for all mean functions or the expected number will be used. This number will be your guarantee and it is not subject to reduction. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the guarantee number. Payment: Terms for payment will be established in your confirmation agreement. Advance deposits and or payment in full may be required. Payments by company or cashier's check must be received 72 business hours prior to the event. Payment by personal check must be received 2 weeks prior to the event.
