9 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION General Information and Polices The hotel will need a final guaranteed number of guests and menu selections 14 days prior to the event start date. All payments will be authorized 3 days prior to the event start date. Service Charge and Tax All food and beverage prices are subject to a 20% service charge and the current sales tax is 10%. Shipping If shipping materials to the hotel, please include the company/group name, event manager and date of the meeting on the outside of the package. The hotel can not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise sent for storage. Please schedule delivery for no more that 2 business days before your event. Room Rental By using the Bistro Catering, the room rental will include the following: set-up, clean--up, tables, chairs, napkins,plates, glassware, and silverware. By only renting the room, the room rental will include the following: set-up, clean-up, tables and chairs. All napkins, plates, glassware, silverware, and centerpieces must be supplied by the caterer or client.
