Menu pricing is subject to change. Choice Menus will be given to your group at least two hours before mealtime to make their selection on the individual menus. These will be delivered to your group at the time designated on the banquet event order. Guarantees In order to make your meeting a success, please confirm your guaranteed number of guest 3 business days (72 hours) prior to your event. The expected number will act as final guarantee number if the guarantee is not received. Service Charge and Tax All food and beverage prices are person and subject to 9% Rooms and Meals tax plus a 1% City Tax along with 15% gratuity. Shipping If shipping materials to the hotel, please include the company/group name, event manger and date of meeting on the outside of the package. The hotel can not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise sent for storage.
