12 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES The Hotel prohibits outside catering, with the exception of cakes. Our menus are designed for both buffet and plated. If you need something more customized, we are more than capable to meet your specific needs. In our meeting room, decorations are prohibited from being attached to the walls. Table decorations and specialty linens are permitted. Candles may also be used, and must be in an enclosed glass container. GUARANTEE To ensure the success of your event, please confirm your guaranteed number of guests three business days prior to your event. If no guarantee is confirmed, the agreed number on the contract is the guarantee. The minimum guarantee or the actual attendance, whichever is greater, will act as the final guarantee number for billing purposes. TAX & SERVICE CHARGE (all prices are subject to change) Food and Beverage prices are subject to an 18% gratuity. Food and Beverage prices are subjects to a 9% sales tax. Audio Visual prices are subject to a 9% tax. Meeting Room prices are subject to a 10% lodging tax. SHIPPING If shipping materials to the hotel, in advance of your meeting, please include the company / group name, event manager, and date of meeting on the outside of the package. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise sent for storage.
