12 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION General Information All function rooms and service charges are due upon completion of your event. Function rooms must conclude no later than 10PM, in consideration of our overnight guest. Guarantee A final guarantee is required 3 days prior to all food and beverage functions. The final charge will be based on the guaranteed number or actual number served, whichever is greater. Service Charge All priced items including the function room rental, food and beverage, audio visual, and outside catering fee, will be subjected to a 22% service charge and Louisiana State sales tax. Alcohol In accordance with state and local laws, meeting room service of alcoholic beverages must be supplied by certified hotel staff. There is a $25 per hour bartender fee, with a minimum of 2 hours of service. Shipping when shipping materials to the hotel in advance of your meeting, please include the company/group name and the dates of your meeting on the outside of the package.
