9 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION **General Information and Policies** Food & Beverage must be purchased & served by the hotel. Printed menus are for general reference and our event staff is happy to customize menus to meet your specific needs. Menu pricing is per person and subject to change. **Outside Catering** A flat rate of $ per day fee will be assessed to all meetings with outside food & beverage not provided by the hotel. An additional $5 per person fee will apply to use hotel's utensils, cups, plates, bowls, napkins, and ice. **Guarantees** In order to ensure your meeting is a success, please confirm your guaranteed number of guests three days (72 hours) prior to your event. The expected number will act as the final guarantee number if the guarantee number is not received. **Service Charges, Gratuity, and Tax** All food and beverage is subject to a 25% gratuity charge and 10.75% sales tax. All audio visual is subject to a 25% service charge and a 9.5% sales tax. A 25% service charge will apply to the meeting room. **Shipping** If shipping materials to the hotel in advance of your meeting, please include the company/group name, event manager, and date of meeting on the outside of the package. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise sent for storage.
