13 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION No outside Food and Beverage is Permitted in the meeting room or in the Bistro Area while the Bistro is open and operating. Menu pricing is subject to change without notice. Menu pricing is per person unless otherwise noted. Printed menus are for general reference. Our staff is happy to customize menus to meet your specific needs. All Food and Beverage meeting room rentals and Audio Visual rentals are subject to a 23% service charge of which 8% is taxable. Please confirm guaranteed number of attendees three days prior to your event or meeting. The expected number will act as the final guarantee number if the guarantee number is not received. If the number of attendees exceeds the guaranteed number, you will be billed according to the number of attendees. All meeting and events will be authorized by the full estimated amount plus an additional 10 percent on the method of payment received. This authorization will be applied three to seven days to ensure that adequate payment can be made. The final bill will be reviewed and ed after the event or meeting has been completed. If shipping materials to the hotel, please include the company/group name, Event Specialist and the date of the meeting on the outside of the package. The hotel can not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise received. The hotel has limited storage space. Please contact Event Specialist to confirm availability in advance.
