16 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The Courtyard Meeting Room is a 656 sq. ft. room equipped with a white board and pull down screen. The hospitality room is 500 sq. ft. All menu prices are per person, unless stated otherwise. All food prices are subject to applicable tax; currently 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and 15 % Gratuity. All beverages are subject to applicable tax; currently 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and 15 % Gratuity. All prices are subject to change. The hotel will honour prices finalized at the time event orders are signed and returned to the hotel sales department. All food & beverage orders are subject to minimum 10 guests. Events with under 10 guests are subject to a $5.00 per person fee. Function bar and reception menu items require a minimum of 20 guests. Final guarantee numbers due 72 hours in advance.
