At the start of your meeting, attendees will select from an assortment of deli style options from a set menu placed at each seat. Advance selections are needed for groups of 20 or more. 10 RECEPTION Bar Services Conveniently located just outside the meeting room, the Bistro offers a full service bar with a variety of beverage and billing options to meet your event needs. Cash Bar: Attendees order and pay individually at the Bistro Wine by the Bottle and Buckets of Beer Pre-order from an assortment of wine, domestic, imported, and craft beers to be provided on a self-serve basis in the meeting room. This option is only available to groups whose attendees are all age 21 or over. Attendees will be required to show identification. Bartending fee applicable. Beverage Tickets: If the group host would like to pay for a limited number of beverages, customized drink vouchers can be issued to attendees. Open Bar: Allow attendee orders to be charged to the event master bill.

12 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Service Charges and Tax All catering is subject to 20% gratuity and applicable taxes, currently 10.95%. Guarantees In order to make your meeting a success, please confirm your order and guarantee number of guests 5 days prior to the event. Some items may require 7 day notice. The expected number will act as the guarantee number if the guarantee number is not received. Shipping If shipping materials to the hotel, please include the company/group name, contact person and date of meeting on the outside of the package. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise or materials sent for storage. Outside Food Due to the additional cleanup required, a $35 service fee is applicable for outside catering. It is the policy of the hotel to discourage patrons from purchasing food from sources other than the hotel, using hotel facilities to prepare food, or serving food to hotel patrons. In the event that a patron insists on the purchase of outside catering, the hotel may at its discretion allow the purchase only if the patron acknowledges by signature of a Liability Waiver, his or her agreement to accept responsibility and abide by the terms of the waiver.
