12 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The hotel catering office must receive the exact number of attendees 72 hours prior to the event. This number will be considered the guarantee and cannot be lowered. If no guarantee is received, the expected figure provided to the hotel when planning the event will become the guarantee. A credit card is required to hold the reservations and 72 hours notice is required for any changes to guest count, set-up, or menus. Menu selection, room set-up and other special requirements must be finalized no later than 7 days prior to the event. The Courtyard by Marriott Portland Beaverton does not allow any outside food or catering for food and safety purposes. Vegetarian and special dietry options available for each lunch suggestion. Lunch options will only be available during lunch hours. (11am - 1:00pm). Dinner catering provided to you by Flying Barracuda BBQ & Catering. Dinner options will only be available during dinner hours. (5:00pm - 8:00pm). Any time extensions must be arranged with the hotel no later than 2 days of the scheduled event.
