11 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Courtyard by Marriott Vacaville In order to reserve your event date, a signed copy of the completed Credit Card Authorization Form and Banquet Event Order must be returned to the Sales and Catering department within 7 days of booking. The space is held on a tentative basis and considered "available" until the required documentation listed above is received. Cancellations made less then 1 week prior to the event date may be subject to food and beverage charges. The Catering Office must be notified of the guaranteed number of guests no later than Five (5) business days prior to the event date. If the guarantee is not received, billing will be based upon the original estimate of attendees. Food and beverage from outside sources are not permitted without contractual approval. If food and beverage is purchased through the hotel, California State Health Department Regulations prohibit the removal of food and beverages from the event. Changes to the room setup received 24 hours prior to the event date may be subject to an additional $50 fee. All events are subject to a service charge and California State Sales Tax.
