5 Gluten Free Sausage & Mash with Gravy Using NEW Maggi Gluten Free Vegetarian Gravy Makes 10 Portions Ingredients 20 Pork and Leek Gluten Free Sausages 500g Green Beans For the Gravy 65g Maggi Gluten Free Vegetarian Gravy 1L water For the Mash 200g Maggi Mashed Potato Flakes 1L boiling water Method 1. Oven roast the gluten free sausages at 180 C for 30 minutes until cooked through. 2. Place the green beans in boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes until tender. 3. For the gravy, bring 1L of water to the boil, remove from heat and whisk in 65g gravy mix, and simmer for 2 minutes. 4. To make the mash, whisk the Maggi Mashed Potato Flakes into the hot water until combined. Leave to stand 1 minute and re-stir before serving. Plate two pork and leek gluten free sausages son with a portion of mash and green beans. 9 Assisting the amazing since 1883 Portions: 10 Prep Time: 20 min Cook Time: 20 min Chicken Katsu Ingredients 4 onions, thinly sliced 4tbsp vegetable oil 10 cloves garlic, crushed 40ml MAGGI Chicken Liquid Concentrate 1.2Ltr water 2tbsp (heaped) medium curry powder 2tbsp plain flour Drizzle of honey 4tbsp mirin or rice wine 4tbsp soy sauce 10 portions (60-80g ) chicken breast 1 large egg, beaten 100g MAGGI Southern Fried Crunchy Bake 500g steamed rice, to serve Method 1. In a large thick bottomed pan, fry the sliced onions in the vegetable oil for 10 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Mix the MAGGI Chicken Liquid Concentrate with the water and set to one side. 2. Stir in 2 heaped tbsp medium curry powder and plain flour and cook out over a medium heat for 5 minutes. 3. Using a ladle, add the chicken stock, a little at a time. Simmer for 15 minutes, then whizz in a blender or hand blender. 4. Strain into a clean pan, then stir in a drizzle of honey, 4 tbsp mirin and 4 tbsp soy sauce and keep warm. 5. Dip the chicken in the egg to coat. Press firmly into the Crunchy Bake breadcrumb mix until all sides are well coated. 6. Place the portions on a preheated, parchment lined, baking tray and bake for minutes, depending on portion size, in an oven set to 200 C (fan 180 C). Ensure the chicken res a minimum core temature of 75 C. 7. Slice and serve with the sauce and steamed rice.
