It is also involved with the development and production of mixes for dairy products. The mixes for dairy industry developed and manufactured in Semix Pluso bear a common trademark Lactimix. Examples of final dairy products: Desserts We are capable of manufacturing products with practically any flavour and look based on your requirements. Desserts can be hot-filled or coldfilled, the consistency of your products can be creamy, whipped or gel. As the basis can serve cream, milk, whey, curd, yoghurt, kephir or their combinations.

4 Rice pudding and semolina pudding We offer mixes for the production of popular snack desserts containing rice or semolina. Cream Cream stabilizers for the cream with % of fat content, which help to maintain the product s homogeneity throughout its shelf life. They also enhance its whippability for both the home and industrial use. Further we offer topping stabilizers for dairy desserts, which ensure good volume of whipped cream foam and its stability.

6 Bake stable creams for confectioners Mixes are used for the production of ready-made confectionery creams from curd and fat or only water and fat as the main ingredients. Packaging and usage are similar to that of bake stable fillings for bakers. The fillings made out of our mixes are popular, because they are fine, shiny, attractive, with smooth consistency and exceptionally good bake stability. They are used for both the surface decoration as well as for closed puff pastry, laminated yeast dough and regular yeast dough products. Suitable even for frozen products. Curd cake A mix used for the production of a ready-made cuttable curd filling with high curd content. The curd cake filling is to be spread on the dough base from shortbread or other dough with a desired layer thickness. The curd cake is then ready for baking. During baking process the curd layer does not fall down nor crackle and the filling stays stable and easily sliceable after cooling down.

Half-butter (semi-skimmed butter with 41% fat) A stabilizer for the half-butter production, in other words butter with low milk fat content (< 41 %).

The volume of the filling increases up to 100% after whipping depending on intensity of mixing.

The product is tough after getting cool and it should be whipped before applied for instance on sponge cake. The volume of the filling increases up to 100% after whipping depending on intensity of mixing. The filling has a creamy consistency after been whipped and gets stiff very quickly in fridge. The filling is very stable and it does not fall down even after a few days. It is possible to put fruit on top of the filling. The ready product should be stored in refrigerator. The filling is made of cream, mix, milk and fat. The filling is intended both for confectioneries and home use.

YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM SEVERAL TYPES OF OUR CEREALS PRODUCTS: Our crunchy flakes are truly whole-grain, thus they include outer layers of grain. They are rich in fibre. The cereals are produced at a special line with a unique process of gentle boiling, which allows for preserving original minerals, nutrients and vitamins in the processed grain. You can choose from the healthiest breakfast type cereals (sugar-free muesli) to flavoured muesli. There are also muesli in BIO quality and gluten-free muesli with high content of fibre in our assortment. Fibre is one of the key features of our products. It helps with digestion, decreases the risk of intestinal tumour diseases, which is a vital point due to the increase in colon cancer in the Czech Republic, while it also works as prevention of cardiovascular diseases and obesity. A special kind of fibre is beta-glucan which is naturally present for instance in oat and in some special types of barley. Oat grain together with its outer layer contains up to 12.5 % of fibre and up to 6.5 % of beta-glucan. Various sources state that beta-glucans significantly help the production of blood, which is invaluable when coping with radiation - may it be the normal one from everyday phone and computer radiation, or deliberate one during chemotherapy in patients suffering from cancer. Some specialists claim that beta-glucans are suitable for post-operation patients due to their antioxidant qualities and that they boost the immune system. But what has actually been scientifically proven is the fact that beta-glucan reduces cholesterol levels in blood. High cholesterol levels pose a risk of developing coronary heart disease.
